There is nothing more challenging than adding square footage to your home.  Plans are required.  We have invested in the best software package available.   We can provide a 3-d  rendering of your project that's as good as a photo.  You can see the whole project before any work is done.   We also take care of engineering and permits.  As you can see from the photos were not afraid to tackle any project.  This was a second story addition with no first story below.   The beams are massive  7" x 18" x 28' was the largest in this project.  We added a 22 x 20 master suite and two 10 ' x 10' bathrooms as well as a complete makeover for the main level of this 4,000 sf home.
